Blue Essence

So the the new blue essense system is finally in full steam. I just want to get a debate going over whether or not it is "good." so far, personally I dislike this system. Why? I feel like it takes much, much longer to earn champions than it did before. It's like now...look there's all these champions, so many, and guess what...you cannot earn them. I like the shards acting as discounts, but if I want to get a champion full price, it is basically off limits. Because now, you don't earn influence on a game by game basis for winning and losing, only for levelling up. This to me feels insane and unfair. I can't put in 24 hours a day trying to play this game, I have a life to live.
