Can i have answers from Riot on wtf is going on? Kinda need help...

I had a 65% win rate until almost d2 on EKKO....

I was kinda toxic i have to admit during the time i spammed rankeds.

Then like now i have 38% win rate in 24 Ekko ranked games ive done in a MONTH

Worst thing is that the overall stats i have is actually pretty good.

I heard that im actually fucked because Riot intentionally did that to me by rigging their matchmaking to just match me with trash.

so basically what im hearing is that (Elo Hell) feels like that because the matchmaking is rigged in a way that if you become toxic it matchs you with worse player to intentionally make u drop because ur toxic..

I didnt believe it until i started looking out people

Noticed that all the (Smurfs) are on the enemy team for some reason and i only get hardstuck or on losing streak tilters even during the prime time i had a good mmr...

I kinda need some answers because i dont know wtf to do.

i put so much time getting good at a champion and i get that kind of results...

The games NONE OF THEM Was enjoyable..

ALWAYS Get the worse AD And JG which makes the game way too fucking hard to win.

Always get camped and then even if you do good you get 0-99999 bot lane DEFEAT...

there are games where i have as much dmg as my entire team and i lose.....

WTF..
