Bard is love

Up until today I have never heard anyone say that Bard is "OP" or "his numbers/CD's are too good" and then I played against a Khazix and Morgana who tried to convince me of exactly this. literally Bard might be the most balanced champion in the game. given his unique kit and powerful roaming capability his damage isn't great and falls off really hard considering his Q is his only damaging spell and it scales 60% with AP AND is a skillshot. His meep empowered auto attacks can hurt but at most you can store 3 at one time and you have to collect chimes to upgrade the storage/damage. his hard CC is either a skillshot that has to hit something in front of or behind the champion. Bard is a powerful champion but tough to master and make full use of his kit. Respect Brad because he is nowhere near as cancerous as the popular supports currently.
