Ap jungle item idea

Why can't echoes and runeglaive combine? What i mean is this: Runic Echoes: 50 ap 5%move speed 5% cdr Passive: stored echoes- moving or casting grants stacks of echoes, upon reaching 100 stacks, your next attack is enhanced. Auto attack: runeglaive- your attack will deal bonus damage in an area against monsters, and restores mana. Spell: Magus Echoes- your next spell reverberates, damaging the closest 4 enemy units, restoring mana if one of the reverberations hit a monster.

So would this work?
