Stop giving every champion 7000 ways to get out of a bad decision.

All this mobility just creates a game where champions with mobility don't actually have to make a decision because they can just bail out of it on no cooldown (since everything has CDR now). It's maddening.

Edit: Since this got popular here's an idea to fix it rather than just complaining.

If Kassadin uses his ult to escape and not hurt someone it should cost double or triple the normal mana cost. If Ezreal dashes away without hitting anyone should cost A LOT of mana. Tristana uses W to escape? Double mana. Kayn makes a bad decision but uses one of his 879 dashes to bail out? Double mana. Make it so these brainless mobility champions are actually punished for the safety in their kit rather than rewarded for doing whatever the fuck they want since they can just wait 5 seconds and everything is fine.

Don't you know? Outplay means having more options to outplay your opponent without repercussions :^)

Remeber when summoner 4 was virtually the only escape tool back in the day unless you had like Tristana JarvanIV Nidalee etc.

I'm sorry, Riot cannot understand your logic because it does not involve flashy visuals for Esports. Please reword your post so it does not involve game balance, but revolves entirely around looking "cool."

People are complaining about the damage but this is the real problem.

This is why a champion like Garen actually takes more skill to do well/carry with than champs with insane mobility.

Ive been saying this for a long time. I always got down voted though. Maybe people are waking up.

It feels bad when you see enemies splitting with no vision or getting baited into a 1v4 but they have their "oh shit" button and get out anyway. Meanwhile, when I play Garen or Nasus, I only need to get hit by 1 slow and I'm done.

It's not just mobility. Every time a new champ is created they need to make it interesting to players, and the easiest way to do that is have it go over the top or break some rules.

Trouble is that then the players have to play against those champions. When you enter into a team fight and you have to keep track of five enemy players worth of dashes, a mini game, and some strange mechanics unique to that champion your ability to outplay the enemy team kind of disintegrates.

That's one of the reasons League can feel like such a slog these days. Even if you can deal with one or two of the enemy team when you get fed there will always be something that makes life hard for your champ on the other side. Instead of feeling powerful just feel like your always dealing with the next issue to keep track of.

Kind of went too deep on player experience and game design there, but you get the idea.
