Valentine's Day

Does anyone know the official START date of the Valentine's Day event? I am sure it is going to be a week or two, same as Snowdown, Halloween and others. However, I am wondering is it going to be before 14 of February 2018 or is it going to start on the day and carry on afterwards. I've tried to google it but the information I've got wasn't satisfying so I am hoping to get a better idea from you guys.

P.S. I am waiting a whole year (since March 2017) for the next Valentine's Day to come so I can get my favourite skins which otherwise I can't.
