The nerf braum needs

Champ has been S tier in both solo q and competitive for about a year, time for a nerf:

Make it so his Q doesnt apply his passive anymore, maybe then melee champs wouldnt be completely invalidated by him in team fights so quickly.

Also make his passive CD per target higher, possibly twice as long if the target is a melee champ.
