Proper nerf For Le bl would have been. E delay before second strike 1.7,1.65,1.6,1.55,1.5 (lv 1-5)..

And then we could revert the gutting which Put her at 40% winrate (Or less whatever the number atm is)

If the proposed nerf is not enough because lets face it pre gutted le bl needed potentionaly even bigger nerf

Then Nerf her ultimate Distortion Damage specificly her level 2 ultimate and level 3 ultimate because **Best Le bl Players pre nerfs Opted for R>Distortion option more then they should ** **Why didnt you suggest a number? Le bl should have Roughly 10-15% weaker Ultimate Distortion at lvls 2 and 3 **

Problem with le bl Is the fact that single ability can do 80% Of your hp regardless of delay and being a skillshot

Another Problem was the fact that Doing W > R-W EQ/QE combo was not healthy because Le bl Ultimate distortion used to deal much dmg and she could go over entire screen. The trade of for le bl getting that kind of mobility wasnt good enough because her ultimate was packing to big punch I am not saying it should "tickle" which is what it curently does

There are also other tweaks she could get I do agree her wave clear was at wierd spot. You would Use Distortion on wave Q the wave and minions would survive with 1%-10% hp. And then 5 minutes later You wouldnt even need a Q since you would just delete entire wave with W

So nerfing the W dmg a bit 10%-15% Again but buffing the Q damage to minions by +20%-25% would do a trick (Why higher percentage is suggested on Q? well because W is aoe ability and we are also nerfing the damage it could do to champs)

As a top 50 Le bl world according to LoLskill. This are the nerfs which should have been done to le bl. Not her W and R-W losing 75% of dmg just

ATM le bl doesnt feel like a le bl. She feels like a chain bot with clones

Another solution to the gutting she received (After changes) is lowering the W cooldown. 18 seconds for something which could potentionaly be ok to even max last (Yes le bl might ahve to max W last now) is ... wierd

This would also help her in a positive way. Since I know Riot has trouble Reverting the gutting (Kinda emberassing i know) And giving her proper nerfs But I would prefer the first suggestion
