Yeah that pretty much sounds about right, though on a serious note you can mostly blame Twitch for and im quoting: "A Dirty Rat", since he has plenty of cheese'it moves that let him play marksmen jungler which i don't think he was even originally conceived of being able to do that even with what his original kit did.
Its definitely a problem when a champion who uses stealth mechanics for ganking can be even more utterly ridiculous then the regular variety of rush, CC sometimes hook grab or table flip ya and plain erase ya if their own team mate in that lane was close enough to throw in their own pot shots on top of it.
