Taliyah- A Great Suggestion on Her Kit

Changing her Passive to her ult passive, then giving her a real passive, i just feel like with her Ult doing no dmg, and her Q being limited after using it a couple times, and her only one burst combo, i just think their should be a little more that you can do, and it would be kinda fair if taliyahs speed boost didnt kick in till 6 so its fair, since enchantments were taken out, i havent really thought this out or anything, its just a mindless opinion
