Simple if with range of top the first set of top towers will block twice as much ranged damage, you just added couter-play to ranged top laners, congrats.

This is gonna make it downright bad to take ranged tops unless it's a strong counter so i like it but why limit this to top??
It just needs it's price lowered by 50 gold.
what it needs is it's price lowered. increasing how much range damage it blocks will do nothing since it's even an awful buy against other melees so you aren't fixing the core issue of the item and instead opting to give it a bandaid effect that will cause everyone to build it for the wrong reasons which will just cause it to be nerfed and be even more of a terrible buy than it is now
