Add Damage Mitigated and Damage Prevented (Shields) to post-game screen.

Please?

Damage mitigated would be different than damage taken from magic/physical sources as you can see if when you build resist, just how much you defended against versus how much you totally defended against. Unless it's the same thing in different words (when compared to Smite).

Also, I feel people with shields should know how much damage they prevented with shields. Would help those supports know if they were useful in a game by using proper shields.
