A while ago, I suggested taking grievous wounds away from Morello to create an item that applies it all the time. The coming mage item update is basically doing that, though instead of making a different GW item they're taking the other stats from Morello and putting the CDR on Luden's, Archangel's, and GLP.

I love being right.

But that aside, making these items which would've been core if not for Morello's into core options is fantastic. It'll be fun to get that choice.

And to anyone whining about AP being decreased... it's not. We're getting a 100 AP item that grants up to an additional 50, and Rabadan's AP boost is getting increased as well. And TWIN SHADOWS BACK BAAAABY.
