It's time to hit Aftershock with nerfs

Looking at the number of strong meta champs picking Aftershock, it's becoming more and more clear that Aftershock is empowering certain champs a bit too much. Even ignoring Lux, who allegedly shouldn't be abusing it, there are plenty of high pickrate/high playrate champs picking this keystone. No need to look further than Nautilus, who is considered the strongest support in the current meta. In pro-play, however, we also find Sejuani, J4, Thresh and Pyke. Meanwhile, in soloQ there are also Amumu, Rammus and Vi in the Jungle.
