Someone explain to me the IP gains

I thought that it depends on winning a game and how long that game is

But, i had 2 games, both wins one game lasted 20 min the other one lasted 25 min..each game gave me 76 ip:|..Wasn't i suppoed to get for the 25 min game more ip?
