aram bans

riot need to make a Q with and Q without bans. i know its not good for q times but it will make people happy, people that want bans will be happy because well... they have bans. and people that do not want bans can just play on the "normal" q. yes it will make q times longer. but its like aotofill. most people would rather long q time to play what they want.
