Can We Just Make The Games Longer?

I feel if the games lasted longer it could balance a lot of this madness out potentially I'm no expert but I think the reason this meta is so shit because its mostly just a coin flip if games lasted longer if scaling champs could scale. 20 minute games just suck you either shit on them or they shit on you there's no more tense team fights mid game there's really no rewarding feeling when wining there's little to no chance of comebacks the game was just so much more fun when the game was longer.
