every single season has had fizz either ap/ad/tanky bruiser destroying and infuriating people. when will a good nerf be handed down? when willit?
how many threads will be posted every season about the new fizz build being broken beyond belief?
when will riot actually allow fizz to be balanced just one month?
When will Fizz be balanced? When he gets nerfed so far into oblivion that he has a lower pick rate than Yorick. People will complain about Fizz as long as he has his E ability otherwise.
To be honest, Fizz can't really be balanced because his kit is badly designed.
He'll be balanced after his kit is reworked. And that's never going to happen.
I don't know about fun, but he's pretty fine during any period when tanks are strong. He's just a bit much right now due to the mage rework. It gave him a lot of tools he liked.
