Since Banshee's Veils changes we are missing an HP/MR item for non AP Full Tanks.

Hey, since Banshee's Veil got changed I'm missing an HP/MR item for non AP Full Tanks, without a self heal. Let's say Vi or Gnar for example. The options are Spirit Visage and Hexdrinker (I'll just consider the shield HP for now). It feels kinda bad buying Spirit Visage, if you can't really use the passive. The only exception is, if you have a healer in the Team (well, not always the case. Hexdrinker can work, but it's pretty offensive. That's not a bad thing of course. I like dealing dmg with Vi or J4, but if i am looking for something that gives A lot tankiness, I am not looking for AD stats.

I am noticing this more and more, when I Play against really heavy AP teams. If I want to focus on MR, because we jump the adc and are left with the AP's left, I am pretty fast out of options (Item wise). Gargoyle Stoneplate is another option I guess, since it gives massive tankiness, but the DMG reduction is pretty huge in my opinion, and pretty bad for divers. Well another option of course is, to first buy HP (Warmogs, etc.) and then MR, but this delays the power spike since I would have to buy two Items, while other Tanks just need to buy one Item to feel the power spike.
