Why has Kindred, who is the absolute uncurable pancreatic cancer, not been nerfed?

This season has clearly demonstrated one of three possible things:

1.) The balance team is picketing at Riot because they are not getting paid, so they are a fat group of neckbeards who refuse to balance anything. 2.) The balance team is a fat bunch of neckbeards who love boring tank metas, and a group of about 5-8 overpowered champions and refuse to nerf them. 3.) The balance team is literally brain dead, they are hooked up to life support, and are in the process of becoming vegetables.

Either way, there is no excuse for allowing this bullshit to go on for so long. Kindred, Ekko, Poppy, Maokai... come the fuck on Riot. You have failed your community with this season more than any season in history of league. The changes with Rift, dragons, and mages are cool but hey guess what? They are still fucking useless because you might as well play an iceborn, spirit visage, sunfire tank, because you do more than any mage.
