Ekko change to buff assassin ekko and make tank ekko less effective

Hey I see that top is a huge problem to balance and I love seeing him ap so I thought of an idea. What if his parallel convergence still shielded him but it didn't slow or stun anymore. Instead made him and only him run faster. It would be something that would make assassin more versitile and make tank less useful as a top lane bruiser.
