What has become of Team-------------------WORK

So I have been playing League for 3 years this being my 4 ranked season. From the begining this game has sparked something amazing in me and got excited about trying out wonderful ways of playing. Playing with my friends and even random people was extremly positive and for the most part it worked really well. (I am talking about the old system first pic k basis. However, since the Magical, Wonderful World of DRAFT PICK this was destroyed. As things were before there were alot of problems and I agree people accepted playing roles they didn't like. But the new queue has DESTROYED teamwork. Whats left of teamwork now is people just take what they want as they get the role they want. They carry games or not carry games in their "favorate roll". But where it gets best is when someone gets SUPPORT AUTOFILL. The autofill has become this discusting thing that poeple decide that in fact the role of the support is as proclaimed by these people is "I must carry the game no matter what and my adc is shit so I don't need to work together with them."
Because of this thinking any chance of teamwork flies out the window and the greatest teamwork in League which is the botom lane has dissapeared with only few dedicated supports that are left in this game. As I have found and most people have found teamwork ends with selfishness. This needs to be addressed What is the role of a support in game of 5 solo playing "carries". I mean if this is what league has become JUST ADD ANOTHER LANE and be done with it. You are throwing the teamwork OUT THE WINDOW.
