Tarics stun should be a charm
Seeing as charms are no longer Ahris signature thing, why not give Taric a charm instead of a stun, it would be a great meme

b-but... Taric's fabolous pecs aren't just charming, they're outright stunning. In front of Ahri, you just wanna grab those boobs. In front of Taric, you can barely understand the grandiosity of such a chieseled chest, much less take any action toward it.

Taric has a stun because he is stunning, there I said it.
Rioters actually mentioned in Taric's release AMA that they tested a charm for his E instead of a simple stun. It even made it to internal testing.
Unforuntately it dug in REALLY heavily into his power budget and had to be removed.
I'd agree if it only was him stunning someone, however it wouldnt make sense if the enemy adc had it as well much like his stun.
Considering charms are for those "attractive champions"
since taric can link his stun to anyone it wouldnt make sense for anyone being able to charm, however I do understand the logic. Even his life guard skin says:
"Why is it always the ugly ones?"
Taric is fabulous, if it was a charm I would disagree that the enemy adc if linked would get it as well.. which is kinda why taric is so good at times so..

Charms are spirit things(Eve is a demon, and is included in the umbrella of spirits) which also includes vastaya as their non-human ancestors were shape shifting spirits.
Taric is not a spirit, he is a human hosting a god(thing). Therefor he cannot have a charm. Also, he is shining a bright light into your eyes, how is that captivating?
as long as it only works on males. females are still stunned.

Everything he does should charm you. He hits you and you should be charmed. He stuns you and you should be charmed. He looks at you and you should be charmed.
I think they're leaving charm for more the Vestyan (SP?) characters and if I was an ADC and Taric was trying to stun me the last thing i'd want was to big the guy hitting me closer to me
They stated that they thought about it during the rework but in the end they dropped the idea. (And I think that they thought about it twice, before and during his rework)
it's mainly because charms function more like a fear.
