Draft mode

Riot needs to fix draft mode. I shouldn't get my primary only twice in 10 games when my secondary is botlane. This is seriously annoying. Shouldn't it be more or less opposite; getting my secondary less often? I'm just going to start playing blind if this it's fixed soon. At least bring back team builder.
