Gold 5-3 players in my plat 4 elo games

So ive had multiple Gold players who arent even gold 1, but gold 5-3 playersin my plat 4 elo games. How does this make sense? And i kid you not, every game these gold playersin my team are feeding and throwing because theyre playing with players who are out of their league. Riot how does this make sense? Ive had 3 gold gold 5-3 palyers IN A ROW in my ranked solo que. how does your que system make sense? And no its not because their elo is high. i checked. Their elo is Gold 3-5, which is pretty bad compared to plat elo.
