Riot = Troll

When riot spends time encouraging the URF game mode and all the time that went into all their changes to urf and balancing urf, they could have been working on their normal game. They instead ignore 5v5 and player education, and even screening for toxic behaviour. They just encourage people to troll with a game mode like urf. When 40 minutes in your Sion top has 43 cs, this is a clear case of someone that doesn't belong in ranked. Why don't they do anything about it? They dont have the sort of screening, forethought, and programming skill that the developers over at Valve have. I am going to boycott league untill they decide to actually bring some strategy or fairness or balance into their game.
