Why isnt Fizz still now geting nerfed?

So lately i had been runing in to a lot of Fizz players.It may be just my luck but holey crap.Every single game it doesnt matter if hes fed or not he allways findes a way to oneshot me.And like hes been out for some time and the champ is pretty low skill ifd you asked me.I mean look at this face diesnt its discusting. Owerall i jsut had a realy bad time facing fizz
