5 QUE'S OF NEMESIS DRAFT PEOPLE HAVE DODGED EVERY TIME

This is my 6th que of nemesis draft and every time before someone has dodged. I think time penalties should be increased heavily and maybe even bans from the game-mode because it's getting ridiculous at this point.
