Singed: Thoughts and Discussion
General idea of Singed:
~ He is a madman.
~ Singed's general gameplay is running around in circles. Not like this should be removed, but should be greatly reduced in power to then be expanded upon and really make the running around in circles feel active rather than have Singed feel like he is in his own world.
~ Update Singed to be stronger against mobile champions and less oppressive vs immobile champions. This can be done by adding a ground to his kit and/or through various other means.
~ Thinking of something like move Poison Trail to Singed's passive with much reduced power and build a kit that makes the poison clouds feel a lot more active and simply less about "do not chase the Singed".
~ Preferably removing stat-stick abilities be nice. Make things that feel a lot more like actives rather than passives/long-duration-active-passives.
~ Singed of course should be fun and interesting to play as. Keeping in mind of not making him frustrating to play against.
~ Proxy Singed is somewhat unique to the champion, but I also do not think it has the best game health for the game (ignore everyone and just afk farm all the minion waves, regardless if you feed or not you keep doing it).
EXAMPLE CONCEPT KIT! DO NOT TAKE NUMBERS TOO SERIOUSLY!
Poison Trail (Passive): Singed leaves behind a poison cloud behind him for 2.5 seconds. Enemies caught in a poison cloud are poisoned for 2 seconds being dealt 12+1 per level magic damage over the duration in 0.25 second intervals.
Additionally, Singed gains up to 15% of his maximum mana as a shield for every second enemies are poisoned for, shield regeneration is greatly increased for poisoned champions and epic monsters. This shield lingers for 4 seconds if an enemy has not taken poison damage from Singed.
Detonation (Q): Cooldown: 8 seconds; Cost: 60/65/70/75/80 mana Singed detonates his poison clouds causing an explosion dealing 80/120/160/200/240(+80%AP) magic damage and silencing for 2 seconds.
Mega Adhesive (W): Cooldown: 14/12.5/11/9.5/8 seconds; Cost: 70 mana; Range: 1000 units Singed covers the target area in a potent adhesive for 4 seconds, slowing enemies down by 50% and stopping enemy dashes on contact. This adhesive's radius is 150/175/200/225/250 range.
Fling (E): Cooldown: 12/11/10/9/8 seconds; Cost: 85 mana; Range: 125 / 550 units Singed flings the target enemy over his shoulder, dealing 50/65/80/95/110(+75%AP) plus 6%(+2% per 100AP) max health as magic damage (max 300 vs monsters).
Insanity Potions (R): Cooldown: 4 seconds; Cost: 75 mana + 1 Insanity Potion Passive: Singed creates an Insanity Potion every 40/30/20 seconds, up to a maximum of 5 at a time.
Active: Singed drinks an Insanity Potion granting him potent effects for the next 2 seconds. During this time Singed increases his total movement speed by 70/100/130%, gains 20/30/40% damage reduction, Poison Trail's poison deals 100/175/250% increased damage, and poison clouds last for twice as long.
