Regen items? Nerfed (especially ). AD/AP/Tank items? Nerfed (just so fights wouldn't end in 2 AAs from feed ADC) Only handful of champions can heal using their skills & passives or items such as . New Summoner Spell: Lifesteal 15% for 5s

Can you imagine it? It's almost like returning to sweet ol' times before seasons even started.
