Dynamic Queue Voice Chat

Why is there no voice chat in league now that Dynamic queue is introduced? A enemy team can have 3 members queued together in ranked and your team can have none. The enemy has a much higher chance of winning by being in a voice chat together. There are not good enough pings to tell what is going on to make up for no voice chat. There isn't even an enemy ward here ping, enemy flash down ping. The only way of communicating is through typing and that is not able to be done in a teamfight or while laning without stopping playing and typing. When curse voice was a thing it was disallowed by riot and now they introduce ranked games where the enemy can have multiple people queued together and talk on any voice program to freely win games. Is there any news on soloqueue so I don't have to deal with 3 man teams stomping games against a team of 5 solo players? Is there ever going to be a voice chat? Dota, Overwatch and CSGO have it and there is no problem with them. If someone is harrassing mute them. There is no reason to not have a voice chat in this game especially if there can be a 5 man dynamic vs 5 solo players.
