Lets bring fortify back :D

We already know riot doesn't want to flat out buff turrets ( because its been an entire season of them being worthless ) so give us the old fortify summoner to make them worth something every couple minutes.

It stop this " i'm gonna dive you at level 2" meta we are stuck in and makes people think before jumping in to 100-0 someone under their turret. This also has the defensive player sacrifice some late game potential that comes from exhaust, heal, barrier or teleport while offering some early game protection.
