Can refillable potion have other build paths in ARAM?

Or some interactions with healing shrines? Right now, it is a cheap source of healing, but disables you from buying more potions in such a potion-reliant gamemode. It also only builds into Corrupting Potion, which isn't really that great outside of 1v1 laning phase.

When Refillable Potion is in so many recommended starting item sets, I think it's a good idea to make it better than just to sell it after first death.
