Stop Bringing your lower tiered friend in my ranked games

If you are a duo/trio/quad premade, leave your lower tiered friends out of my ranked games please, it's hard enough to climb and harder when we in Gold 3 and you bring your Silver 3 friend to adc who subsequently went 0/12, this always seems to be the case for me, they bring their lower ranked friend who cannot handle a game at this level and feed like mad. check my last ranked games for evidence.
