Dynamic Queue is broken, and not for the reason you think.

I just experienced a 30 minute solo queue time at gold 3, with an "estimated queue time" of 1:52.

How is that even possible, im gold 3 not challenger.

EDIT: i finally found a match at the 35 minute mark.
