My Go at an Immobile Mage Rework

I just wanted to post my own go at an Immobile Mage rework with the usual common goal of making it so each champion has their own unique identity when being played and has more interaction with the enemy besides "Do damage."

Im going to start off with Fiddlesticks and then add more from here as time goes on.

Fiddlesticks Fiddlesticks Fiddlesticks is, overall, a pretty unreliable champion with no big thematic identity besides... crows. This, we can build on, to perfection. Spooky scarecrow that uses crows to torture his enemies is always good. However, we could do more than just that. Scarecrows are scary figures that could be used to torture the targets mind. This can be used to make Fiddlesticks a great champion with a new identity: Mind Game Mage. Literally.

Passive- Insanity of the Mind Innate: Fiddlesticks can mark the target enemy to inflict a sudden sense of fear into them after a 5 second delay, causing them to hallucinate due to their fear. Leveling his ultimate can allow Fiddlesticks to add more effects to this as well. The target will be warned during the 5 second delay before they are marked with the sound of crows and a bell. The last bell ring before the Insanity of the Mind sets in sounds unrealistically distorted. Base Effect- Hallucination: The enemy unit's vision radius is reduced by 15/18/21/24% and enemy units have a chance upon entering vision range to look like Fiddlesticks until they attack or are attacked. They will only appear as Fiddlesticks to this unit affected with Insanity of the Mind. Ultimate Added Effect- Fright: The enemy unit becomes frightful of their surroundings, reducing their magic resist by 5/8/11/14 and causing neutral monsters to to have a chance to appear as an epic monster until damaged or they exit this unit's vision. They will only appear as such to this unit affected with Insanity of the Mind. Ultimate Added Effect- Terror: When this unit is damaged by Fiddlesticks at least 5 times, they are feared for 1/1.25/1.5/1.75 seconds. This can only happen once every 20/19/18/17 seconds. Ultimate Added Effect- Crows: Crows will litter the ground around the unit as they traverse the battlefield, acting as critters that do not have any affect on combat. Crows are only visible to the unit affected by Insanity of the Mind. When the unit enters combat, the crows will begin to fly around the unit until they are out of combat for 5 seconds. While the crows are flying around the target, the target's own health bar will appear to slowly drain for them until they reach 1 health and be seemingly unaffected by damage and healing, but their actual health is unaffected. When the crows stop flying around the unit, their health will become what it should be. Levels: 1/6/11/16 Static Cool Down Between Uses: 75 seconds

Ability 1- Life Drain Active: Fiddlesticks begins to channel for the next 5 seconds, draining 60/90/120/150/180 (+45% AP) health per second as magic damage and healing Fiddlesticks for 60/65/70/75/80% of the damage dealt. If the target moves out of range of the tether, the drain ends immediately. Cost: 80/90/100/110/120 mana Cool Down: 10/9/8/7/6 seconds Range: 575 Tether Range: 650

Ability 2- Harvest Active: Fiddlesticks swings his scythe in a frontward arc, projecting an ethereal image of his scythe at a larger range in a half-circle in the target direction. Enemies hit take 75/115/155/195/235 (+65% AP) magic damage. If this damages an enemy currently affected by Insanity of the Mind, Fiddlesticks will be healed for 15/17.5/20/22.5/25% of the damage dealt and, if they hit by Fiddlestick's actual scythe, they will also be slowed by 15/20/25/30/35% for 2 seconds. Cost: 65/70/75/80/85 mana Cool Down: 12/11/10/9/8 seconds Scythe Range: 300 Ethereal Scythe Range: 625

Ability 3- Dark Wind Active: A flock of five crows will be sent in the target direction, dealing 55/70/85/100/115 (+25% AP) magic damage and silencing the first enemy unit they hit for 1 second. If a crow hits an enemy unit, they will attack the nearest enemy unit to the target they struck, dealing 50% damage and refreshing the silence duration. Cost: 80/85/90/95/100 mana Cool Down: 15/14.5/14/13.5/13 seconds Range: 800 Bounce Range: 400 Individual Crow Width: 50 Total Crow Line Width: 250

Ultimate- Crowstorm Passive: Fiddlesticks can choose one of three additional effects to add to his Insanity of the Mind. Active: After channeling for 1.5 seconds, Fiddlesticks blinks to the target location with a murder of crows flying wildly around him for 5 seconds, dealing 100/195/290 (+50% AP) magic damage to nearby enemies each second. Cost: 100 mana Cool Down: 150/140/130 seconds Range: 800 AoE Radius: 600

I think it would be cool if you guys added your own little reworks to make each individual immobile mage better as well!
