Okay so its getting to the point in preseason 10 where builds are starting to emerge and im going to be honest the new lethality should straight up be removed, when a champ can one shot you by pressing R and right clicking in 0.01 seconds it needs to be removed, playing any kind of squishy champ that doesnt want to build zonyas or GA and u loose the game automatically with out counter play.

For E.g 5v5 team fight rengar has GA 3rd item gold is average between both teams, Rengar presses R flanks ADC and even through peel and other CC one shots your ADC, the enemy team now has no AD threat and cleans up while rengar can either run off or die happily because he has GA remove rengar R make it so he cannot Jump without a bush or take away the invis
