make Rift Haerald good, make bot turret tough like others, remove first turret gold.

Just my take to make things a little better then they currently are with the #divebotbefore10 meta we are in.

For all of the "anti snowballing" measures that riot has tried to put in place I don't know why they would add this first turret gold and make bot turret weaker. This literally defines snowballing if I have seen it anywhere.

"because of lane swaps" if this is the case then that shows trying to force a meta. A better solution would be to make rift herald actually worth getting and in turn end the duo bot meta the game has been in for years. The only time this part of the meta was challenged was in competitive to try and get an advantage based on differing abilities of solo laners to deal with duo lanes.

And FYI the duo lanes do not get screwed in the long run if they are unable to punish the solo because the half of the exp duos get is increased by about 30% which prevents the solo from getting a real level advantage of being say 6 while the duo is 4.

Supports could easily have their exp increased in a different way to solve this but Riot does not seem to want to do that.
