I do 12/18/0 with Scaling AP Blues and Ignite (for max 100-0 kill pressure with Flash at level 6).

My build is item 3152 item 3158 item 3285 item 3089 item 3157 item 3135 (with situational item 3102 sometimes)

Hextech Belt is hugely under-rated for Annie. With it you can make so many plays with your dash mobility while still having enough damage to threaten squishes.

In lane you generally want to safely Q farm (while side-stepping) until level 6. You want to do one "sneaky back" before you hit 6 to get a few Empty Tomes. When you come back and hit 6 you can play for a Flash Ignite 100-0 kill combo; it will usually work if he bought no MR, even if he does you might still blast through it with my setup.

Mid game you want to snowball off the other laner and/or roam to Gank bot a lot.

However, its important from the mid game onwards to maintain a positive KDA as Annie. Its tempting to go nuts and just trade 1 for 1 against enemies over and over and over. It doesn't really help your team even though you can do this. You want to have a positive KDA and survive.

Against strong enemy teams, it is often the case that you actually stand around and zone using the THREAT of a guaranteed stun rather than actually stunning. It is normal for Annie, in a close game, to dance around in a siege, not really combo-ing but just waiting for the exact right moment to go in. Precision over 1 for 1 gambles. You want to play some mind games with your enemy here and be subtle/tactical.

Despite having extremely high AP numbers your OP-ness actually doesn't come from the damage you do dish out, but form the THREAT of a guaranteed stun when you hold 4 charges (if that makes sense). Its not uncommon for Annie to carry a game while only dealing 3rd highest damage (but completely screwing with the opponent's heads with the zoning and careful/precise stun engages).

The other Annie builds are the classic item 3027 rush and/or the item 3165 rush. However, I strongly recommend item 3152 because it greatly increases your threat range at all times. If the enemy doesn't respect your range, you can combo and kill them and make them pay. If they do respect it, you've got a TON of zoning power.

Thunderlord 12/18/0, classic ap runes, full ap items, ludens echo, protobelt, rabadon etc. If you see enemy, use your full combo, that's all you have to know to reach at least plat with her.

Hover mouse over enemy adc, press QWER all at once.

I would offer quality advice, Annie being my second main, but everyone already has some good answers.

spell vamp runes, item 3146 item 3800 maybe grab the first part item 3010 that way you have hp regen from using your Q in lane to fight harass. the glory is a niche thing to engage on enemies and get an auto reliant bruiser off of you. standerdish ap items. item 3135 item 3089 item 3157 item 3102
