It feels like my honor progress is stuck.

As we all know you can't track your progress of your honor "level" but you'll only know when you reach a check point. I feel like it's bad and i can't really know if i'm stuck at my current honor level or not. I am currently level 2 1/3 check points. And i mainly wanna get to 3 to get a PBE account but it would be nice to know that i'm a nice person i guess :(

I am getting honored every game (more than one a lot of the times) and it seems as i just wont level up, what's up with that?

Same I'm stuck at 0 and no matter how toxic I am it won't go down anymore

It's possible that you show low, but consistent, levels of toxicity. Not enough to net you a chat restriction, but enough to slow your honor progress to a halt.
