Clarity on Talon restoration (TL;DR at bottom)

If you've seen my previous post you'd more that I feel RIOT has pooped on Talon due to his inability to engage enemies.

His 650 range blink to the opponent's back is now a 550 dash face check.

His kit should remain the exact way it is with his dash being changed back to a blink and set at maximum AA range (650 units; with the exception of Jinx Q, Twitch R, Kog W, level 18 Tristana).

I wouldn't even mind slightly tuning down his damage on gap closing Q for compensation.

I've said it a lot in comments, but never in tee actual post. So here it is.... I don't have a problem with Talon's kit. He was too strong for awhile (been my primary mid laner for 5 seasons for a reason), I think he's balanced now. Unfortunately, RIOT removed his only way to engage (without burning his ult).

Talon used to counter Zed, Fizz, Veigar, Morgana, Lux, Brand, Ziggs LeBlanc, Ahri, Anivia, Kog'maw, Oriana, Ezreal, Vel'koz... now he just gets kited without any way at all to engage.

TL;DR Keep Talon's kit the exact same, but change 550 dash back to 650 blink behind target (slight decrease to gap closing damage is ok if compensation is needed).
