New 7.13 Patch Notes. Shaco going to be OP?
All the buffs and nerfs from patch 7.13 and the new skt skins coming out.

None of these are talons buffs so does it matter?
Shaco's E is Overall, in this Tank meta, a Nerf. Shaclone did the math. With any champ able to easily aquire armor and armor being a higher base stat than magic resistance, the new scaling is not enough to do any significant damage compared to the old E. It is also the end of AP Shaco cause it cripples his build (made a post talking about this in detail) as he now has to rely on boxes and shaco's clone explosion for magic damage. They really did it to take away briuser shaco but at the cost of crippling him even more. Now non of his builds are a great way to play him.
