Camped, inactive(unwilling 2 help) jg, steal his jg to stay in the game??

I got ganked about 8 times with wards placed as frequently as possible, and even asked my jg to ward towards top (refused) or at least help/countergank/gank. I originally hadmainly had the lane frozen but eventually started csing under tower. Got ganked by mid and jg (mid didnt ping mia but i survived). I didnt end up feeding my lane, and only died to ganks 3 times.

I decided to just start csing his jungle to keep myself relevant and to punish him for not helping our feeding bot lane or at least ganking our winning mid lane ( he was useless no dragons, no warding, and 1 gank to bot that led to a triple kill for the enemy)

I REALLY hate bad junglers so i usually play with my friend. Was there a better strategy for me to follow? What should i have done differently? Remember this is bronze so junglers that do practically nothing all game are going to be in 1/10 games. I tried jungling as talon and It honestly worked pretty well aside from how crazy i was.
