My only issue is AD Malz in urf is going to be even scarier than he already was.
Real talk though, I don't really dislike any of the changes to the point where I feel like they're just bad or overbearing. I think it may just take time to figure out how to work around stuff like new Malz passive and what naut.
I think Xerath getting another ult charge if he lands one is kind of scary though. Good Xerath players don't miss very often, so that could be a substantial buff if his damage isn't reduced on that at all.
I'll have to try Vlad before I make any comment on him. He seems to have more counterplay and thought processes in his kit now, but I'd have to play it first.
Vel will likely be an answer to the tank issue we've seen lately considering his ult will deal permanent true damage to them as long as he stack the passive. Plus his ult already scaled fairly well anyway.
Cass has the potential to be really good too since she can buy another AP item as opposed to boots. That's quite a substantial change imo.
Brand can destroy team fights even moreso than he already did. And he finally makes sense as a combo mage with the passive update. So cool.
Ziggs will likely become a high pick because of his ability to finish towers in semi-dangerous shoves when the team doesn't want to fully commit. Just throw W on it and have your thresh lantern you out or something similar to that and suddenly you're taking towers quite easily.
Zyra is another I'd have to try out first. It seems like she will be a lot stronger as a mid laner now, but there's no telling just yet. I wouldn't mind seeing here there more often tbh. Probably still annoying af as a support though.
Fiddle change will be nice because of the help with chasing people down and stay in range. It also offers good balancing opportunities since we don't have to balance around a permanent mr reducton anymore.
Swain QOL update to the ult is just lovely. Need to try to Q change in game though to see how it works.
Annie is meh. Need to see how it works out in a few games before I call it bad, good, or what naut.
Syndra mains seem quite pissed about the changes, but I don't know enough about the hard numbers to know how bad it is/might be (unless she's like first pick/first ban after this I probably won't care too much). Odds are high reasonable balancing will follow if it proves to be a damning nerf.
Anivia QOL and tweaks to the ult are nice. It's good it's no longer an instant circle but an expanding one. Makes the wave clear and free e damage a little less brain-dead.
