Is Ahri in a good place?
I remember she was average after her nerfs post S3 worlds, but now she seems to be picking up in popularity again. She OP once more?

She's a solid fallback choice in our current pick oriented meta. Her peak has passed, but she's seeing a decent amount of play because unlike Fizz and Zed, she's never banned.
Don't be shocked if Orb of Deception's mana costs get bumped back up next season.
