Rammus rework?
Why Rammus is pretty much solid as a champ, I just feel like a lot of players are put off by him whether is because of a kit that doesn't quite match his character his W shield, E taunt, and R ult. His Q is perfect, and it's the one move I wouldn't touch, but when you land with it taunt and popping his ult don't feel synergistic at all.
Taunt is pretty much perfected in other champs like in Ahri and Rakan, and its practically required to make the rest of their kits viable.
Rammus' W shield is also counter synergistic to his Q. You roll into combat just to put up a shield? Sure it's a survival mechanism, but there are other ways to make it both offensive and defensive at the same time.
Rammus' Earthquake-Again, does not synergize with Q and does not tie into the personoa of Rammus.
I would replace his W Shield with Bed of Nails, in which he extends the spikes on his back for active defense/offense for several seconds, meaning he could move at normal speeds. If an enemy attacks Rammus at this time, the opposing champ is slowed and receives a percentile of the damages returned as bleed damage. I would go in as far as being able to activate Bed of Nails while Rammus is spinning in his Q, so being able to choose between slamming into a single enemy champ, or mowing down several at a time and causing stacks of bleeds as he passes through.
Next I would replace Taunt with Nail Gun, a skill shot spell in which Rammus launches the Spikes onto enemy champs, pinning them down a few seconds. The leveling if this spell would increase max spikes, and the recharge time.
Lastly, I'd replace his ult with a move where holding down the R key causes Rammus to Charge his Spin in place. Depending on how long you charged up his spin determines the speed, distance, and power that would shoot Rammus off like a cannonball, damaging all opponents in his path.
Just some thoughts while hoping Riot does this little dude the justice he deserves.
