Ranking system should change

remove positional, reset ranked, get rid of position queue, stop letting people duo in solo q (create a seperate q for those that sync with solo q, ONLY place solo q players in duo q with 4 other duo q's... dont let duo q be flex)

I request any reset tthat happpens to be added to the list oof players who want to have their rankr eset aswell
