Is there any legitimate reason we cannot have a "No premade" option for ranked?

Because I'm honestly sick of it.

You have usually one good/normal player. And one bad player. And the bad one WILL cost you the game in most cases because SOMEONE had the glorious idea of brining their less skilled friend into a level of ranked play where they just get stomped.

Even if that would mean 2+ minutes every time I queue up for SoloQ, I would use this option. So why can't we have that?
