riot each year please release 2 player created champions

have a forum where we can post champion ideas with each post having votes of 1-5 stars

every 6months riot selects one of the player made champions with the highest votes and vote score rating and says "alright. heres our player made champion that we feel is good for the game and very popular and will be well accepted. we will take the idea, tweak it slightly with our designers to what we feel is right. and we hope you enjoy"

please riot consider doing this. your designers can still create 1-2 of their champs per year . and can still tweak player made champions

but riot i believe the playerbase can create some pretty sweet champs and i am sort of feeling "meh" about the champs your designers are creating
