@Riot About the Tribunal...

When is it coming back? It has been on "maintenance" for more than a year if I am right. Is it even coming back? What are you guys Riot doing with it? I don't think that you can "improve" something in a T- of >1 year, I mean it's a complex thing but more than a year? Actually answering would be much appreciated.
